Julia Epifania Basnage
…is an artist and art educator working in Philadelphia. Working with K-8 students as a visual arts teacher and community arts program director since 2020, Julia is proud to collaborate in diverse learning spaces that promote self-knowledge, place-based learning, and confidence at all ages.
In her personal practice, Julia works in stained glass, print, comics, and sculpture. She celebrates close looking and play in everything she does.
